Registro de Clientes

El registro de cliente crea un casillero a tu nombre en USA. Esta es tu dirección local y la utilizas como dirección de entrega para cualquier compra. Una vez que completes tu registro puedes solicitar tu clave y contraseña para que puedas ver el estatus de tu envío en linea. Para solicitar tu clave y contraseña envías un email a info@nextdaycargo.com.

Para comprar por internet visita tu tienda en línea favorita, ubica el producto que quieres comprar y procede con la compra. El pago en tiendas en linea en USA debe ser en dólares. Si prefieres pagar por tu compra entera más envío en tu moneda local por favor envía un email a compras y con mucho gusto te cotizamos la compra, nos pagas en tu moneda local y nosotros procedemos con la compra y el envío.

Nuestro sistema de almacén es automatizado. En el momento que se reciba tu compra recibirás un email con la información de tu envío incluyendo peso, medidas, número de guía y descripción.

El pago de tu envío lo puedes hacer en dólares o en tu moneda local. Al día siguiente recibirás una cotización detallada con información sobre el costo de envío por vía aérea y marítima. Cuando escojas modo de envío procedes con el pago y nos envías el recibo de pago a pagos@nextdaycargo.com. Tu guía saldrá en el próximo envío.

We repack all your purchases

Envios CaracasWe offer repacking services for all your purchases.

As your packages arrive you will receive confirmation emails with your warehouse receipt numbers. Once you receive all your purchases if you request it we will proceed to repack your orders. This consolidates your shipments into only one and in most cases economizes the cost of shipping from Miami to Caracas, Venezuela and other cities in Venezuela.

The cost to repack is $15 up to 5 warehouse receipts, $30 for more than 6 warehouse receipts. Air shipments leave our warehouses in Miami everyday, transit time to Caracas is about 1 week. Ocean shipments leave weekly, transit time about 1 month.

Mailbox Services

mailbox service venezuelaIf you would like to receive your correspondence in our offices in Miami, Florida, USA, you can request a mailbox number, when we receive your correspondence we will place it in your mailbox and will forward your correspondence to you once a month.

As of Febrero 15, 2014, we will only keep the correspondence of clients registered with a correspondence mailbox. Other mail will be kept in common mailbox the contents of which will be discarded every 3 months.

The cost of the correspondence service is $20.00 which includes a maximum of 5 pounds of mail per month. This includes the service to receive, classify, and send your mail to your address in Caracas, Venezuela once a month.

If you would like to register to receive correspondence please let us know. Once you register you will receive a mailbox number.
